System requirements

Gateway application firmware:

  • v1.0.0 or higher.

Supported ProGlove devices (with firmware v1.4.0 or higher):

  • MARK 3

  • MARK 2 Standard Range

  • MARK 2 Mid Range

  • MARK Basic

  • LEO

  • ProGlove scanners

Host/Terminal software requirements:

  • The Gateway works with all major operating systems able to communicate via USB HID or USB CDC.

Suggested operating systems:

  • Windows 10.

Note

Other operating systems may require additional drivers for USB CDC connection. To learn more, contact ProGlove support.
