Activity AI
Activity AI provides continuous visibility into shopfloor activity by leveraging existing ProGlove sensor data. It enables efficiency and ergonomic analysis without requiring additional hardware. It is part of the INSIGHT webportal and extends device-level sensor data into actionable operational intelligence.
This feature is currently in BETA testing.
What Activity AI Does
Activity AI continuously analyzes motion and process data collected during day-to-day operations. It enables:
Detection and quantification of basic work activities.
Visualization of efficiency and ergonomic metrics in a dashboard.
Comparison of planned vs. actual processes without dedicated time studies.
Continuous benchmarking across time periods.
Export of data to BI tools (e.g. PowerBI).
The goal is measurable process improvement through continuous analysis.

Technical requirements
To enable Activity AI:
Feature Flag must be enabled.
Android version 1.38.0 or newer
MARK firmware 2.19 or newer
Gateway version 2.19 or newer
IMU configuration must be activated (more information here)
