Firmware update
ProGlove regularly releases firmware to support new features and improve stability.
You can update your devices’ firmware automatically using the Zero Touch Update feature, or manually if you want to upgrade to a specific version.
The INSIGHT Mobile app always contains the latest firmware version at the time of app installation, and scanners that connect to it can easily be updated.

Versions from v1.3.0 and higher contain the latest Scanner Firmware Gen1. When your scanner connects, the proper firmware variant is selected.
Note
Downgrading firmware from a newer to an earlier version (i.e. v2.x.x to v1.x.x) is not supported.
