Warehouse 360

Introduction

Warehouse 360 empowers decision-makers with real-time insights into workforce efficiency, congestion points, space utilization, and process inefficiencies.

By combining wearables management, warehouse visibility (Control Tower), business process analytics, and labor planning in a single, holistic platform, INSIGHT and Warehouse 360 enable data-driven decision-making and continuous operational improvement.

Warehouse 360 comprises four core features designed to deliver end-to-end warehouse intelligence:

Layout Visibility - Spot Layout Inefficiencies

Warehouse 360 uses intuitive visualization techniques to assess whether your warehouse layout is organized efficiently. It enables logistics planners and operations teams to quickly answer key questions such as:

  • Are high- and low-runners placed in the right locations?

  • Which warehouse zones are most frequently used?

  • Where is shelf space underutilized?

  • Are items placed at ergonomically optimal heights?

By optimizing layout and space utilization, you can minimize walking distances, improve picking efficiency, and promote a safer, more ergonomic work environment.

Workflow Visibility – Find the Root Cause

Gain a detailed understanding of how your jobs and tasks are executed. Warehouse 360 helps your operations team identify:

  • Idle time between scans.

  • Locations with failed scans or workflow errors.

  • Out-of-sequence picking paths.

  • Gaps between actual and planned task execution times.

These insights help uncover the root causes of inefficiencies and outliers in your shop floor operations — making process mining simple, actionable, and visual.

Warehouse KPIs and Workload Visibility – Track Productivity, Health & Safety

Warehouse 360 provides more than 80 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and benchmark the performance of equipment, labor, and layout. The platform’s visualization suite includes graphs, heatmaps, tables, and dashboards, all of which can be enriched with alerts and notifications for proactive management.

These analytics empower continuous improvement and operational excellence teams to set meaningful benchmarks and optimize productivity, safety, and ergonomics across the warehouse.

Workload Visibility – Analyze Labor Utilization Metrics

Warehouse 360 highlights zones and tasks that contribute to excessive strain, such as poorly placed inventory or unbalanced workloads.

By detecting congestion and uneven task distribution, Warehouse 360 highlights zones and tasks that contribute to excessive strain, such as poorly placed inventory or unbalanced workloads.

Setup and data requirements

Our preferred integration method during on-boarding is importing the CSV files and connecting the scanners. This approach eliminates the need to integrate with corporate information systems.

To create a layout of your warehouse and consolidate external data with INSIGHT data and your ProGlove scanners, you will need to:

  • validate your storage/shop floor by providing a visual representation/map (.pdf, .jpeg, etc.)

  • validate items and storage data by providing an export from the WMS / ERP system master data (items and their properties, i.e. description, weight, barcode, ID, rack type, item assignments, etc.)

Note

Note: Automated integration can/will beestablished at a future stage.
