Warehouse 360
Introduction
Warehouse 360 is an advanced analytics and optimization solution that visualizes logistics workflows in real-time to enhance productivity, reduce errors and improve space utilization. Warehouse 360 uses an AI-driven, integrated tool and doesn't require additional hardware or expensive software integrations. Combining scan data and a manually created warehouse map, Warehouse 360 offers real-time insights into workforce efficiency, identifies workflow optimization opportunities and congestion points, and can also detect inconsistencies to help cut downtime.
Warehouse 360 allows you to track your warehouse KPIs and resource utilization over time, i.e. planned vs. actual execution, resources in use today vs. yesterday, where the congestions are, why is there time lost in picking activities, etc. It is blending the data from the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and your ProGlove scanners. Warehouse 360 consolidates and analyzes the information, along with patterns and workload distribution, and provides intelligence without requiring major IT changes in your system.
By understanding and auditing your warehouse in real-time, you can better streamline your warehouse operations, optimize your storage locations and your picking processes. This reduces walking and waiting time, errors in processes and makes productivity measurable. To locate Warehouse 360 layouts available on your account and fully experience the benefits and key features listed below, log in to INSIGHT and select Analytics → Warehouse 360.
Warehouse KPIs - Real-time visibility for immediate resolution
Track your units per hour (UPH) and resource utilization over time, and gain insights into cost structure and ergonomics. By leveraging real-time insights, you can identify issues such as workflow bottlenecks, storage errors, and resource imbalances to address them proactively and gain productivity.
Layout visibility - Optimized shop floor layout and picking routes
Maximizing shop floor space is more critical than ever. Warehouse 360 uses precise analytics to pinpoint congestion zones, frequently picked items, and walking patterns, allowing managers to redesign layouts and optimize item placement. These adjustments improve efficiency, create safer workflows, and make better use of available space.
Workload visibility - Enhanced safety and ergonomics
Warehouse 360 highlights areas of excessive strain, such as improperly shelved items that are too high or too low, uneven workloads, and congestion, enabling proactive measures to reduce risks to staff. By minimizing unnecessary movement and balancing task distribution, the platform supports worker well-being, reduces fatigue, and lowers the likelihood of injuries — all contributing to a safer, more ergonomic workplace.
Workflow visibility - Seamless integration and immediate impact
Warehouse 360 integrates effortlessly with ProGlove scanners and its intuitive analytics platform, requiring no extensive IT overhauls or changes to existing WMS. This rapid implementation ensures businesses, from small-scale operations to large warehouses, can quickly adapt and achieve results without disrupting workflows.

Setup and data requirements
To initiate the setup and start using Warehouse 360, see below for specific information that will be required beforehand and contact your ProGlove representative.
To create a layout of your warehouse and consolidate external data with INSIGHT data and your ProGlove scanners, you will need to:
validate your storage/shop floor by providing a visual representation/map (.pdf, .jpeg, etc.)
validate items and storage data by providing an export from the WMS / ERP system master data (items and their properties, i.e. description, weight, barcode, ID, rack type, item assignments, etc.)
Additional information
In case no ProGlove scanners are used at the moment, an export of the transactional data from the WMS / ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system is required. If ProGlove scanners are connected, this data is helpful but optional.
